Ya see what had happened was.... :-)
Few months ago I guess I was accidently going a bit too fast leaving the radio station on my way to club night and a very kind officer was nice enough to give me a great gift. A nice fat speeding ticket. So I went to court and was given the option to take a little defensive driving course to avoid license points. I finished my on-line course this Sat, BUT the over-nighted certificate wont mail until today, get here tomorrow by 5... Unfortunately it's due by a 10am court date tomorrow morning! Worried about this, I just went to the court-clerk to see if they would accept the 'printed' copy since the original wont be here in time for court tomorrow. And the guy said, no don't worry about it, just bring it in this week whenever you get it. Thinking he didn't fully understand my concern, I showed him the letter saying 10AM COURT TUES 7/27 and he said, nah you don't have to be here, just come back anytime this week!! I am Sure he knows what he's talking about, but I still have this strange feeling that skipping court tomorrow seems like bad idea?!?
If I end up in handcuffs, please someone come bail me out!!! :-p) hahaha

 Guess it's time to update this since I'm not brand new anymore :-) I can honestly say after living in Atlanta for a couple years now, that anyone who's not visited our city yet is absolutely missing out! Culture, nightlife, nature, fine food, great friends and a sense of southern hospitality that's not been washed away. Atlanta is one of the last unique cities that can combine the pluses of a major city like New York, LA, Chicago with the big small town fun and friendly-ness. One of the last places to get the best of both worlds.... What a treasure!
So what's new with me? Other than spending the past couple years learning from and becoming friends with some of the most talented people in the radio, broadcast, entertainment business.... I've developed quite the addiction to a few fun hobbies. I guess it's not surprising they fall into the creative field (after all look at what consumes my life). It started as a passion for professional photography. Buying a nice Pro Digital Nikon and all the strobes, muslins, bells and whistles I really got addicted to learning what separates a Photo from a piece of Art. And love it! Now my newest obsession stems from my new Mac Book Pro purchase and a mission to master Final Cut Studio. This high end video editing software blows me away with every new trick I learn. I love sharing my life and adventures on the radio every afternoon from 3-7pm on Q100... but now with this new knowledge and hobby I look even more forward to being able to share more personal, behind the scenes experiences with you.
